Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a rapidly expanding company operating at the forefront of the AI infrastructure sector, supporting large-scale AI compute and infrastructure deployments across multiple regions. As one of the earliest members of the financing function, this role offers rare end‑to‑end exposure to capital strategy at the intersection of finance, infrastructure, and AI technology.

This is a unique opportunity to grow rapidly within one of the fastest‑expanding segments of the global AI ecosystem, with direct exposure to senior leadership, investors, and complex cross‑border projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust financial models for project financing, cash flow forecasting, cost‑of‑capital analysis, scenario testing, and portfolio planning.
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation analysis, process management, preparation of investment memos, lender materials, presentations, and term sheet reviews.
• Assist in evaluating, structuring, and executing strategic financing initiatives, including debt, equity, leasing, and hybrid capital solutions.
• Conduct research on capital markets, investor appetite, peer benchmarks, and emerging financing structures within the AI infrastructure space.
• Collaborate closely with finance, legal, operations, technical teams, and senior leadership to align financing solutions with project timelines and customer contracts.
• Support special strategic initiatives, including cross‑border financing structures, asset‑level SPVs, and global expansion planning.

Candidate Profile

• Around 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, financial advisory, private debt, or related analytical finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities with familiarity in structured or project‑based financing concepts.
• Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate with Mandarin speaking students and counterparts
