Job summary

Pan-West (Private) Limited in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Assistant to manage stock levels, processes and reporting. You will create POs, update systems, and ensure timely deliveries by coordinating with warehouse and sales teams.

The role requires 1-2 years in inventory management, familiarity with SAP/Oracle/AutoCount, and basic accounting knowledge. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate records and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Familiarity with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or AutoCount).
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and address discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder to avoid stockouts or overstock.
• Create PO and update items into system.
• Match items code and stock inventory against sales order to ensure adequate supply before issuing of delivery order.
• Generate DO and liaise with warehouse to ensure orders are delivered timely.
• Churn out invoices to Finance and send it out to the customer/outlets.
• Oversee the receipt of goods, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
• Coordinate the issuance of stock to destinations as per requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, summarising stock levels and movements.
• Update and maintain the inventory management system with accurate stock data.
• Work closely with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.
• Ensure all inventory handling procedures comply with safety standards.
• Take part in implementing best practices for inventory handling and storage.
• Any adhoc duties as deemed appropriate
