Job summary

PBA Group in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Admin Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, data entry, stock checks, and inventory reconciliation. You will help ensure inventory is accurately tracked in the system and assist with quality/quantity checks on incoming and outgoing goods.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and good communication with warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• O Level education required.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use office software.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry and filing
• Checking of stocks
• Ensure Inventory tally with system
• Checking the Quality and Quantity of Incoming/Outgoing Goods to ensure correctness and acceptable quality
• Performing warehouse and housekeeping duties
• Data entry for inventory management
• To participate in stock taking/Cycle count exercises when required
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor
