Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Inventory Executive to maintain accurate stock levels, manage reorders, and ensure timely deliveries from the Ubi warehouse.

You will generate stock reports, coordinate with procurement and sales, and uphold inventory controls and safety standards. This role requires 1-2 years of experience, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with SAP/Oracle-like systems. Salary SGD 3,000–3,300 per month.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of inventory management experience.
• Familiar with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or Autocount).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and address discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder in a timely manner to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Create PO and update items into the system; issue DO in collaboration with warehouse.
• Oversee receipt and storage of goods, coordinate stock issuance to destinations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports; highlight trends and issues.
• Update and maintain the inventory management system with accurate stock data.
