Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory & Purchasing Executive in Singapore. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stock, and ensuring smooth operations across procurement, warehousing, and sales support.

You will monitor stock movement, generate reports, and coordinate PO/DO processes with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing. Prior experience with inventory software and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management or related field (1–2 years).
• Proficient with inventory systems and data entry tasks.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger timely reorders to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Create purchase orders (PO) and update system records.
• Generate delivery orders (DO) and coordinate with warehouse for timely delivery.
• Issue stock to destinations as required and prepare stock movement reports.
• Update and maintain inventory management system with accurate data.
