OCBC Bank is seeking an International IT Support Engineer to govern and coordinate technology risk across its global offices. You will ensure alignment with security standards and regulatory expectations while supporting technology initiatives and cross-border collaboration.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and incident coordination within a banking environment, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic, transformation-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT governance, technology risk, infrastructure support, IT operations, cybersecurity, or compliance.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or payment environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, risk assessments, and remediation tracking.

• Provide governance and compliance support to international offices.
• Coordinate IT risk management activities across international sites.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and evidence collection.
• Coordinate incident, change, and asset management activities as required.
