Job summary

OCBC is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support its international offices with governance, risk management, and operational IT services. You will coordinate across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations to ensure alignment with Group standards.

You will assist in audits, risk assessments, and remediation tracking while promoting cyber resilience and regulatory compliance across OCBC’s global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least three years in IT governance, technology risk, or infrastructure support.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred; familiarity with ITIL and service management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Group technology policies, standards, and governance requirements.
• Perform periodic reviews and assessments; track remediation actions and gaps.
• Act as primary liaison between Group Technology and international offices for technology matters.
• Support incident, problem, change, and asset management activities; coordinate with teams for timely resolution.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and operational resilience across international offices.
• Assist audit and regulatory review preparations and evidence collection.
