Job summary

OCBC is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Cyber Technology Support Lead in Singapore. You will lead the run-the-bank support for cybersecurity platforms across endpoints, servers, network, and data protection, coordinating with CISO, vendors, and application teams to ensure reliable, secure operations.

The role requires 10+ years in infrastructure or cyber technology support, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage SLAs, risk, and regulatory expectations in a financial services

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure operations or cybersecurity technology support.
• Experience leading infrastructure, cyber technology support, or platform operations teams.
• Strong vendor, stakeholder, and escalation-management experience.
• Experience in regulated, financial services or high-availability environments.
• Ability to translate security standards into repeatable operating procedures and support models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Infra CTS team responsible for day-to-day operational support of cybersecurity platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Ensure cybersecurity services meet SLAs, availability targets, and operational standards.
• Own incident, problem, change, request, capacity, and continuity processes.
• Coordinate OS, appliances, firmware, and patching per standards and change processes.
• Provide L1/L2 cyber technology support including troubleshooting and escalation coordination.
• Maintain operational monitoring of service availability and platform health.
• Lead major escalations with timely stakeholder communication and corrective actions.
• Coordinate resources for new cybersecurity initiatives and project readiness including environment prep and testing.
