Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Senior Cyber Engineering Lead to drive budgeting, governance, and risk management across the Global CISO organisation. You will coordinate audits, oversee regulatory compliance and third-party cyber risk, and lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications

Senior cybersecurity governance leader with experience across cyber risk, regulatory compliance, audit and third-party risk.
Strong governance, communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Experience translating cybersecurity strategy into measurable priorities and actions.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investment tracking and reporting for cybersecurity.
Oversee governance framework and regulatory compliance across the Group.
Coordinate internal and external cybersecurity audits and remediation tracking.
Manage third-party and supply-chain cyber risk governance and risk assessments.
Drive cybersecurity awareness, training and culture in collaboration with 2LOD.
Support Global CISO with senior management reporting and board governance.
