• 15+ years in banking IT operations, EUC/EUS, or workplace technology leadership.
• Strong experience in risk and regulatory compliance (MAS TRM).
• Proven track record in regional/global operations management.
• Exposure to large-scale endpoint environments (10k+ users).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-user services (EUS) operations, governance and risk management across desktop software, device lifecycle, and workplace technology domains.
• Drive regional process standardization and ensure regulatory compliance with strong governance.
• Own and drive deliverables across eGRC, RCSA, and internal control frameworks.
• Ensure security compliance, controls, patch governance and attestation across endpoints.
