Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join its Wealth Management IT Services. The role focuses on production stability, incident management, and support for client onboarding, compliance, and digital channels.

You will resolve incidents, manage batches, and work with risk, regulatory, and finance stakeholders to ensure smooth operation. You will contribute to root-cause analysis, deploy changes, and participate in release management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of work experience in Credit Risk, Regulation, & Finance applications.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Microsoft .Net, SAS in banking environments.
• Strong SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL database knowledge and UNIX/Linux admin skills.
• Familiarity with Microservices and application support lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for front/back-office operations and risk/finance apps.
• Respond to production incidents with incident and problem management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deploy changes and perform testing.
• Prepare training materials and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
