Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd invites qualified candidates for a Sales Coordinator role in Singapore. This position handles sales orders, coordinates with internal teams, and provides timely support to customers in the industrial & engineering sectors.

You will manage quotes and follow-ups, update customers on order status, coordinate with procurement and logistics, and maintain sales records. Training provided; 5-day work week; salary SGD 3,200 with bonus and AWS.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the system.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide basic technical or product support.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking as needed.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination.
• Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures and customer service standards.
