Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inside Sales/Sales Coordination professional for a 1-year contract based in Hillview, Singapore.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production, maintain CRM data, and help identify sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer service, or related field, preferably in electrical or industrial engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of hazardous area (Ex) products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, process requests, and provide timely support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Provide sales administration and coordination support to the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to support order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and updates in the CRM system.
• Support account management activities and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Perform other sales support duties as assigned.
