Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in internal sales or B2B customer-facing roles.
• Strong hunter mentality and proven ability to hit sales targets.
• Background in cable, connector, electrical, electronics, industrial, marine or engineering sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Cold-call and engage customers proactively to uncover opportunities and generate repeat business.
• Prepare and present tailored solutions through discussions and product presentations.
• Convert enquiries into orders through consistent follow-up and commercial awareness.
• Support external sales by qualifying leads and arranging high-value customer meetings.
• Act as the key link between customers, sales and operations for smooth project execution.
