Qualifications

Experience selling technical products or engineered solutions in marine, oil & gas, offshore, shipbuilding, or related sectors.
Background in internal sales, technical sales, account management, business development, or external sales.
Hands-on product knowledge and ability to understand customer applications.
Strong communication with engineers, procurement, contractors, distributors, and end users.
Self-driven, commercially minded with high responsibility.

Responsibilities

Build and manage customer relationships across Singapore and selected regional markets.
Identify opportunities to offer stronger technical or commercial solutions.
Engage directly with customers to understand applications and needs.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and management to progress opportunities.
Influence market strategy and growth direction rather than following a fixed territory plan.
