• Account & Revenue Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts to achieve and exceed established target metrics.

• Pipeline & Deal Closure: Convert inbound enquiries into orders through structured follow-ups, commercial acumen, and customer-centric service.
• Sales Support & Qualification: Qualify leads and coordinate high-value meetings to support broader sales objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, external sales teams, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.

About the Role

This role focuses on value-based, application-driven sales from supporting major shipbuilding and offshore projects to delivering innovative marine aluminium cable systems that challenge conventional technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Account & Revenue Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts to achieve and exceed established target metrics.

• Proactive Engagement: Connect with clients to uncover project needs, present tailored solutions, and secure repeat business.

• Pipeline & Deal Closure: Convert inbound enquiries into orders through structured follow-ups, commercial acumen, and customer-centric service.

• Sales Support & Qualification: Qualify leads and coordinate high-value meetings to support broader sales objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in internal sales, B2B customer-facing roles, or a background in technical/engineering/consulting disciplines looking to transition into a commercial role.

• Industry Focus: Prior exposure to the electrical, industrial, marine, or engineering sectors is highly preferred.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills with the ability to lead online solution discussions and product presentations.

• Execution: High attention to detail, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy.

• Mindset: Comfortable working in a performance-driven, goal-oriented setting.
