Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to drive growth and provide high-quality technical support across the region. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and present tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs.

You will travel 25%–40% for site visits and industry events while collaborating with engineering and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Background in Sales Engineering and Technical Support; translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong consultative sales and account management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; convey engineering concepts clearly and document accordingly.
• Experience with rotating equipment, compressors, or process industry applications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across the region.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
• Deliver technical presentations and propose solutions aligned with client specifications.
• Prepare commercial proposals, technical clarifications, and formal quotations.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, system integrators, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, technical, and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain high standards of client engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Travel across the region (25%–40%) for site visits, client meetings, and industry events.
