Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead with strong experience in MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms, proven expertise in Integration operations, and the ability to manage both programs and people across internal teams and external development partners.

This role is critical to ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable integration operations that support 24x7 business‑critical transactions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Middleware & Integration Delivery
    • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware/iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, Workato, TIBCO, IBM ACE, Azure Integration Services).
    • Ensure seamless execution of mission‑critical 24x7 business transactions, including monitoring, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
    • Review and enforce integration architecture principles, API design standards, and reusable frameworks across projects.
    • Drive API lifecycle management (design, build, versioning, deployment, documentation).
  • Integration Leadership
    • Establish integration standards, best practices, reusable assets, and governance frameworks.
    • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams across integration projects.
    • Evangelize modern integration patterns (API‑led, event‑driven, microservices, cloud‑native).
    • Develop capability uplift programs, training materials, and technical assessments for teams.
  • Program & People Management
    • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple integration workstreams simultaneously.
    • Manage and coordinate resources across internal teams and external development partners, ensuring aligned delivery timelines and quality standards.
    • Provide mentorship, performance reviews, and coaching to developers and support engineers.
    • Manage vendor relationships, project budgets, resourcing plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards.
Qualifications
Must Have
  • 7–10 years of experience in integration development, with hands‑on experience in MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms.
  • Experience as an integration architect or senior developer working on high‑volume, high‑availability integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience in Integration COE – either as a member or leader.
  • Proven track record in people management and program coordination across multi‑vendor environments.
  • Strong understanding of API‑led connectivity, event streaming, ETL / ELT pipelines, integration patterns, and enterprise security.
Good to Have
  • MuleSoft certifications (Developer, Integration Architect, Platform Architect) or certifications from equivalent platforms.
  • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps / CI‑CD practices.
  • Experience operating in a multi‑regional or global enterprise environment.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery, Scrum, and TOGAF framework.
