Position Overview:

As a Junior Sales, you will embark on an exciting career path in the financial industry, gaining hands‑on exposure to institutional client coverage and investment solutions. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development, while deepening your understanding of structured and bespoke investment products.

You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to strengthening the strategic partnership between SBI Digital Markets and Maverix Securities AG (mavx.com), with a strong focus on enhancing client service quality and driving new business opportunities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Team in managing and nurturing client relationships — maintain detailed records of sales activities, including meeting notes, client interactions, and pipeline tracking, ensuring visibility on progress toward business targets.
  • Assist in daily sales operations, including pricing requests, trade execution, and booking processes.
  • Contribute to client engagement materials, preparing tailored presentations, reports, and proposals that highlight investment solutions.
  • Gain expertise across a broad product spectrum, including Structured Products, Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs), and Digital Assets.
  • Leverage Maverix’s proprietary technology platforms to enhance sales efficiency and client servicing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and support prospecting initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, and market understanding.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies, staying informed of market trends and developments impacting clients and products.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a financial or sales environment, but recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Education: Master’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
