Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales or IT distribution.
• Experience managing resellers, channel partners or B2B accounts.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growth.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, target-driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of IT products, networking or enterprise technology is a plus.
• Candidates with leadership potential are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales growth across channel partners and resellers.
• Develop partnerships and onboard new business opportunities.
• Own sales targets, KPIs and revenue performance.
• Serve as the main contact for sales enquiries and pricing.
