CANWORKONE.SG Employment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive revenue across channel partners and resellers in IT distribution.

The role is hands-on, with 90% inside sales and 10% external meetings, emphasizing partner development and sales performance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in inside/channel sales within IT distribution, a proven track record in meeting targets, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, channel sales, IT distribution or technology sales.
• Experience managing resellers, channel partners or B2B accounts.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales growth across channel partners and reseller accounts.
• Develop partnerships and onboard new business opportunities.
• Own sales targets, quarterly KPIs and overall revenue performance.
• Serve as the main contact for sales inquiries, quotations and pricing.
• Collaborate with vendors on pricing, promotions and discounts to close deals.
• Strengthen partner relationships and identify opportunities to increase wallet share.
• Conduct outbound business development and attend select customer/vendor meetings.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfilment and satisfaction.
• Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates.
• Drive initiatives to improve sales performance and partner engagement.
