Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through channel partnerships and vendor collaboration. You will manage existing accounts, pursue new opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships.

You will own revenue targets, develop go-to-market plans, and coordinate with sales, marketing and pre-sales teams to enable partners. This role is based in Singapore and offers direct impact on business growth.

Qualifications

• Develop channel partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong ability to forecast sales and manage pipelines.
• Build and maintain partner and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate on promotions, training and enablement.
• Present and negotiate business opportunities with partners.
• Monitor partner performance and drive growth initiatives.
• Deliver timely reports on sales activity and results.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned revenue, GP and quarterly MBO targets.
• Manage and grow channel partner relationships through sales and pre-sales enablement.
• Build strategic relationships with vendor teams.
• Identify and develop new channel accounts and business opportunities.
• Build and manage sales pipelines, monitor win rates and drive opportunity conversion.
• Keep partners updated on products, promotions, marketing programmes and events.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly partner performance reviews.
• Manage partner incentive programmes.
• Analyse and forecast sales and business activities.
• Prepare timely sales and performance reports.
