• Proven customer service experience in a hospital, clinic, or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Handle admission, discharge and transfer of patients, maintaining accurate records.
• Schedule internal and external appointments for patients as ordered by doctors.
• Ensure wards and procedural areas meet service standards.
• Provide basic financial counselling to patients and next-of-kin when requested.
• Manage stock inventory within the ward.
• Provide chaperone assistance to doctors and nurses and prepare consultation documents.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
