Responsibilities

• Assist with collection of payments from patients on discharge.
• Provide financial counselling and information on stay and charges.
• Handle discharge-related administrative processes for patients.
• Arrange and obtain follow-up appointments for inpatient care.
• Support clinicians and patients to ensure a smooth discharge process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
