Job summary

PeopleSolve is recruiting for a Patient Service Associate for specialised support services in Singapore. The role centers on patient registration, frontline service, and coordinating movements between wards and operating theatres.

You will conduct financial counselling, explain charges, deposits and changes in level of care, while managing visitor reception and inquiries across clinics and wards. Rotating shifts are required to support busy hospital operations.

About The Role

Registration

• Perform patient registration and provide prompt, efficient front-line service.
• Conduct financial counselling, including explanation of charges, billing options, deposits, and changes in level of care or accommodation.
• Coordinate operational workflows such as ward class selection, day surgery vs admission conversions, cancelled cases, and patient wait-time communication.

Room Assistant

• Serve as the front-line counter receptionist, managing visitor reception, inquiries, and coordination with clinics, wards, and operating theatres.
• Coordinate patient flow and movements, including admissions, transfers, discharges, surgery list updates, and day surgery to ward conversions.
• Handle operational logistics and reporting, including porter bookings, patient refreshments, ward statistics, and verification of accommodation codes.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Eye Clinic and Pharmacy for cancer medications.
• Schedule eye appointments for patient clinic reviews and visual acuity assessments.

What We Are Looking For

• At least GCE N/"O" Level education.
• Healthcare or service or related industry is preferred but not required.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work 2 rotating shifts.
