Job summary

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient enquiries over the counter and provide information on clinic services.
• Update patient registration information and process medical records.
• Assist in making appointments for patients.
• Support doctors and nurses with basic clinical tasks as needed.
• Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctors' review and follow up.
• Perform daily billings and ensure accurate transactions, including closing of accounts.
