We are looking for a warm, nurturing Infant Educator to lead our baby playgroups for little ones aged 6 to 17 months. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with infants and enjoys creating gentle, meaningful early experiences through play.

You will be conducting drop-in playgroups designed to support early development through sensory play, movement, music, and bonding moments — all within a calm, welcoming environment.

What you’ll do
  • Plan and conduct engaging playgroup sessions for babies (6–17 months)

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and joyful space for babies and caregivers

  • Support early development through age-appropriate activities

  • Conduct activities for our baby and new mums community, fostering connection and confidence

  • For full-day roles: assist with club activities and classes for older children

Work Options
  • Half-Day Role: Focused on baby playgroups and community led activities

  • Full-Day Role: Playgroups + assisting with club classes and activities
