Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Building Manager / Property Manager for an industrial portfolio in Tuas, Singapore. The role supports the Asset Manager to coordinate all aspects of a portfolio and ensures building operations align with client objectives.

You will inspect properties, manage tenants, oversee budgets, and supervise a large team to deliver reliable facilities management services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in commercial property or related field.
• Ability to analyze and apply judgment to problems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in property or facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the portfolio to ensure service quality.
• Conduct regular property inspections and approve maintenance.
• Address tenant escalations and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Oversee rent collection and CAM recovery reconciliation.
• Assist in budget preparation and monthly reporting.
