Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders, ensuring all details are captured
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure orders are fulfilled according to requirements
  • Monitor outstanding sales orders and proactively address any issues that arise
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the sales team
Qualifications
  • Min qualifications: GCE"O/A" Level, Diploma /Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Min 1 year of working experience in a related field (sales, customer service, or retail)
  • Good communication skills

  • Possess a driving license, if any
