Job summary

Leadout Capital's Sales Development team is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to generate new business and qualify opportunities. You will focus on outbound lead generation and collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to build a robust pipeline.

This role targets the Malaysia region; prior experience in or with this market is highly desired. Fluency in Bahasa Melayu, comfort with cold outreach, and a track record of hitting monthly quotas are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Malaysia market

• Experience prospecting and cold calling
• Consistent achievement of target metrics

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales Pipeline for our Enterprise Accounts
• Create and prioritise strategic target account lists within Malaysia
• Research and build "cold accounts" and conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas.
