Job summary

A multinational organization in Singapore seeks a candidate to drive sales performance and manage customer relationships. Candidates should hold a diploma in Business or equivalent and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Experience with mechanical, electrical, and cutting tools is an advantage. Overview

Basic Salary + AWS + VB | Location: City Hall | Multinational Organization

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving sales performance and accountable for meeting revenue, sales and profits targets set by the company
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Handle enquiries from customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle from pre-sales (quotations, orders and deliveries, etc) to post sales and identify any potential sales opportunities
  • Proactively reach out to new and existing customers via phone calls and emails to provide support, identify needs and create sales opportunities
  • Qualified leads provided by the Marketing Team and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve individual, team and departmental KPIs
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to aid management in their decision making
  • Assist in filling in the questionnaire, surveys and accreditation forms required by customers
Requirements
  • Possess minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent discipline with at least 1 years related working experience
  • Experience in standard components in Mechanical, Electrical and Cutting tools will be advantage
