Job summary

A leading research support company in Singapore is seeking a team member for its Inbound Team. This role involves handling incoming enquiries, guiding respondents through survey processes, and ensuring project timelines are met. Candidates should have at least one year of call center experience and strong communication skills. This position is based in Clarke Quay office, with a yearly renewable contract.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of call center experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Microsoft Office or similar systems.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 40-60 incoming enquiries daily through calls and emails.
  • Guide respondents through survey completion.
  • Conduct survey interviews via phone.
  • Identify inconsistencies in responses.
  • Interpret survey questions and explain intent.
  • Ensure project timelines and KPIs are met.

You will be part of a team that handle inbound enquiries and conducting structured interviews.

Responsibilities
  • Handle 40-60 incoming enquiries daily through calls and emails in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Guide respondents through survey completion, addressing questions and providing clarification as needed
  • Conduct survey interviews via phone and assist individuals who require follow-up to complete their responses
  • Identify inconsistencies in responses and apply appropriate questioning to clarify
  • Interpret survey questions and explain their intent to support respondent understanding
  • Ensure project timelines and key performance indicators are met
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of call centre experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Microsoft Office or similar systems
