• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and allergens to assist guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper storage of food & beverage items.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, butlers and front office for seamless guest experiences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new techniques in in-room dining.
