Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and process in-room dining orders
• Record guest requests, dietary requirements, and special instructions
• Communicate orders to kitchen and service teams via POS
• Highlight to the operation team to check orders for correctness
• Monitor order preparation and delivery times to Forbes standards
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction after delivery
• Coordinate requests to clear IRD trays
• Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and F&B for amenity requests
• Verify accurate delivery of amenities using trace report and Knowcross
