Overview

In-House Delivery & Inventory Assistant to support our operations team. This role will involve assisting the main driver with daily deliveries and handling in-house inventory tasks, including stock movement, packing, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is physically fit, organized, and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Working Days & Hours

Working Days: Friday to Tuesday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Off Days: Wednesday & Thursday

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Support:

• Assist the main driver with loading, unloading, and transporting goods
• Ensure accurate delivery of items to internal outlets and locations
• Follow delivery schedules and routes as directed
• Maintain cleanliness and order of delivery areas and vehicle

Inventory & Warehouse Duties:

• Receive, check, and input stock into the system and inventory list
• Manage movement of stock between outlets and storage locations
• Support monthly inventory checks and assist with stock-take activities
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records
• Pack and label items accurately according to instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods
