Fuku by Momofuku is seeking a proactive professional to lead the deployment of ZingKey's HR SaaS system for our clients in Singapore. You will work closely with clients to map HR processes, configure the system, and deliver go-live support, while creating training materials and documentation.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage client projects independently and deliver successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, HR, or related fields.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage client projects effectively.

Responsabilités

• Manage the implementation and go-live of ZingKey's HR SaaS system.
• Collaborate with clients to understand HR processes including Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Rostering.
• Handle system configuration, data preparation, testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Coordinate with clients, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback for product improvements.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and project documentation.
