Job summary

Oneness Holdings invites an experienced product manager to lead the development and enhancement of its HR SaaS products, aligning features with customer requirements and market needs. You will collaborate with customers, Sales, and Implementation teams to translate HR processes into robust system solutions, and you will prepare PRDs, process flows, and prototypes for new features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS, ERP, HRMS, or enterprise software products.
• Experience with HR systems in the Singapore market is required.
• Strong understanding of requirement analysis, business processes, and system workflows.
• Ability to independently prepare PRDs, process flows, and product prototypes.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

• Participate in product roadmap, release planning, and feature prioritisation.

• Previous experience in Implementation, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Software Consulting.
