Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD.

in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of ZingKey’s HR SaaS products, aligning features with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate with customers, Sales and Implementation teams to define requirements, prepare PRDs, process flows and prototypes, and work with UI/UX, Development and QA through the full development lifecycle to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS, ERP, HRMS or enterprise software products.
• Experience with HR systems in the Singapore market is required.
• Good understanding of requirement analysis, business processes and system workflows.
• Able to prepare PRDs, process flows and product prototypes independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product roadmap, release planning and feature prioritisation.

Added Advantage

• Experience with HRMS / HCM / Payroll / ERP products.
• Familiar with Singapore HR, Payroll, CPF, Leave and Attendance processes.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, multi-tenant systems or complex enterprise software.
• Previous experience in Implementation, Business Analysis or Enterprise Software Consulting.
