Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a capableProject Consultant to drive the implementation and go-live of ZingKey’s HR SaaS system in Singapore. You will work closely with clients to map HR processes, configure the system, and prepare training materials.

You will manage data preparation, testing, and post-implementation support, coordinating with product and technical teams to ensure successful delivery. Strong communication and independent project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRMS or Payroll systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage client projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage go-live of ZingKey’s HR SaaS system.
• Understand HR processes and requirements including Payroll, Leave, Attendance and Rostering.
• Handle configuration, data prep, testing, user training and go-live support.
• Coordinate with clients, product and technical teams for smooth delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback for improvements.
• Prepare user guides, training materials and project documentation.

• Familiar with Singapore HR, Payroll, Leave or Attendance processes.
