Job summary

Fuku in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage the implementation and go‑live of ZingKey's HR SaaS system. You will work closely with clients to understand HR processes, including Payroll, Leave, Attendance, and Rostering, and translate them into effective system configurations.

Responsibilities cover data preparation, testing, user training, go-live support, and ongoing post‑implementation assistance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, IS, Business, HR, or related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage client projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and go-live of ZingKey's HR SaaS system.
• Work with clients to understand HR processes and requirements for Payroll, Leave, Attendance, and Rostering.
• Handle system configuration, data preparation, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Coordinate with clients, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and collect feedback for product improvements.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and project documentation.
