Oneness Holdings is seeking a capable specialist to lead the implementation and go-live of ZingKey’s HR SaaS system in Singapore. You will partner with clients to map HR processes—Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Rostering— and oversee configuration, data prep, testing, training, and deployment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with client teams and our product/technical groups, delivering smooth project delivery, and providing post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, HR or related fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage client projects independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage the implementation and go-live of ZingKey’s HR SaaS system.
• Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and business requirements, including Payroll, Leave, Attendance, and Rostering.
• Handle system configuration, data preparation, testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Coordinate with clients, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback for product improvements.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and project documentation.
