Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to act as the technical focal point for IT Shared Services and end-users. You will analyse complex scenarios, maintain devices, and provide timely problem resolution across networks, servers, AV, and telecoms.

The role covers user administration, asset management, and support for MOE Singapore schools. On-site work at Bendemeer with standard hours applies.

Qualifications

Diploma in ICT with at least 5 years ICT experience.
5+ years in MOE Singapore schools preferred.
Experience with user administration (AD, printers, Outlook, VPN, Wi-Fi, mobile devices).
Ability to configure and maintain end-user devices (hardware & software).
Experience facilitating video conferences and webinars (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Skype).
Ability to manage ICT projects, liaise with vendors, and assist in procurement.

Responsibilities

Act as technical focal point for IT Shared Services and end-users.
Provide end-user support for devices and software; diagnose and resolve issues.
Maintain records of requests, resolutions, and interactions in ticketing systems.
Escalate complex incidents and review technical problems with the team.
Provide training and guidance on ICT skills to colleagues.
