Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced End User Computing / AV Support Analyst to join a premier listed MNC client in Singapore on an agency contract. You will own desktop support, AV conferencing, and end-user IT service delivery, ensuring high availability and security.

Role emphasizes root-cause analysis, ITSM alignment, and coordination with regional teams. Requires MCSE/CompTIA and ITIL v4 foundations, with a competitive SGD salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AV Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in EUC/Desktop or AV support roles.
• Strong hardware, OS, productivity apps and AV equipment troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide EUC and AV support for corporate users in Singapore.
• Install, configure, maintain desktop hardware, laptops, mobiles, peripherals.
• Operate and troubleshoot conference room AV systems and video conferencing gear.
• Investigate IT and AV systems to identify root causes and ensure permanent resolutions.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams and third-party AV vendors.
