Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an ICT Executive to support daily ICT operations, end-user assistance, and device management in a dynamic school environment. You will aid teachers, staff, and students with IT-related requests and ensure smooth classroom technology deployment.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in IT/CS/Engineering with strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, and are able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in ICT Support, Desktop Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or ICT Executive roles.
• Good troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and end-user issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ICT devices, applications, peripherals, and user accounts.
• Manage and maintain school ICT devices, equipment, and shared technology resources.
• Support teachers, staff, and students on IT-related issues and requests.
• Assist with setup, deployment, and maintenance of laptops, projectors, and other ICT equipment.
• Coordinate ICT operations and support school-wide technology initiatives.
• Support Audio-Visual (AV) setup and technical requirements for school events and programmes.
• Assist with audio and video production activities when required.
• Perform ICT inventory tracking, asset management, and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct Digital Literacy and ICT-related training sessions for students.
• Work closely with school stakeholders and ICT personnel to ensure smooth ICT operations.
