Job summary

Singapore Institute of Legal Education is seeking an IT Support professional for a part-time assignment from Aug 2026 to Mar 2027. The role reports to the Head of IT and covers support for end-user devices, AV equipment, and e-exams logistics.

Responsibilities include maintaining device inventories, responding to service requests, and developing documentation. Diploma in IT-related field and 2–3 years in similar support roles are required.

Qualifications

Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
2-3 years of IT-related working experience in supporting Windows 10 & 11 OS, Macintosh OS, IOS, Android, Microsoft 365 services, and other common desktop applications.
Prior working experience in technical support role (end user device support).
Good interpersonal skills to handle internal and external users and/or situations.
Keen to learn and a good team worker.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain end-user computing devices including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Respond promptly to user inquiries via ticketing system, email, or phone, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment and systems (sound, projectors, screens, microphones).
Develop and maintain documentation on installation, deployment, and inventory checklists.
Manage hardware inventory and software licensing allocations in Asset Management System.
