The role is ideal for IT Support Engineers, Desktop Support Engineers, ICT Executives, and Helpdesk Professionals working in a dynamic school environment. You will troubleshoot ICT devices and software, manage school equipment, assist teachers and students, and help with AV setups for events, while contributing to ICT

Qualifications

Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
Experience in ICT/desktop/helpdesk roles.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Provide ICT end-user support and troubleshooting for devices and software.
Assist with deployment, maintenance, and asset management of ICT equipment.
Support teachers and students with IT requests and AV setups.
Maintain inventory and assist with school technology initiatives.
Deliver digital literacy and ICT training sessions.
