Responsibilities

  • Enter service parts quotations and orders into the company's systems.
  • Identify and ensure that commercial terms are met.
  • Review and resolve any discrepancies in customer purchase orders.
  • Prepare Order Acknowledgements.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions for Service Parts.
  • Consult with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
