Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance checks in accordance with Japan and Singapore FDA requirements.
• Manage and maintain owner accounts.
• Handle accounts payable processes including purchase invoices and FDA records.
• Issue invoices and monitor shipping schedules.
• Work closely with the operations team to support day-to-day activities.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and regulatory filings.
