D.I.S. AIRCONDITIONING & ELECTRICAL PTE LTD is seeking a sales executive in Singapore to drive growth in the HVAC services sector.

You will source new customers, handle inquiries, prepare quotations within 24 hours, and manage the full sales cycle from negotiation to payment collection. You will maintain strong customer relationships, schedule technicians, update bookings, and support marketing activities and other departments as needed, with a 5.5-day work week and a focus on meeting monthly

• Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries promptly.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations within 24 hours.
• Manage full sales cycle from negotiation to payment collection.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and service excellence.
• Confirm next-day appointments and update bookings in the system.
• Coordinate technicians' daily job assignments.
• Inform clients promptly of delays or issues.
• Prepare quotations for replacements or new installations.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp for updates.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist in roadshows and marketing activities; support other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
