Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business for aircon installation and servicing from our Ubi site.

You will identify leads, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to payment. Candidates with experience are welcome but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication, presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Training provided for candidates without experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and generate sales leads.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations within 24 hours.
• Manage the full sales process, including negotiations, closing deals, delivery coordination and payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide good customer service.
• Confirm appointments with customers for the following day and update bookings in the system.
• Plan and coordinate daily job schedules for technicians.
• Inform customers promptly of any delays or service issues.
• Prepare quotations for aircon replacements and new installations.
• Follow up and communicate with customers through phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Support roadshows, marketing activities and other departments when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role
